I never mad an entry about Mewvies, but I think now is the time.
Anyone with a cat will enjoy this.

My aunt bought this DVD for her cats, and then through my mom it got passed on to me. It sounded pretty interesting, but I was skeptical at first. I mean, we have the TV on all the time and she never cared before. Why would she now? But they insisted that cats go crazy for it, so I got myself a copy.
It was a good thing.
The first time I turned it on, she wasn't excited at first. So I tapped the screen trying to direct her attention. Keep in mind, Julie is going to be 14 this May, she's not a powder keg of energy like a kitten. But when her eyes locked onto the screen she tore after the TV like a bolt of lighting!
She was mewing, chattering, pawing at the TV, running behind the TV, trying everything to get at the animals inside. And the rest is history. She's hooked on Mewvies.
When you watch a movie there are 9 different 10 minute clips of delicious little animals kitties love. Gerbils, squirrels, sparrows, mice and crickets to name a few. Her favorite is the chinchilla. I usually set the DVD to repeat the disc and leave it on when I leave for work(with her beloved cat furniture right in front of the screen). However, now she's requesting it! She crys and paws at the entertainment center when the TV is off. Sometimes she'll sit and watch TV with me now, "Oh NOW I get what you humans were doing all this time staring at that box!"
